Summary

Programme Objectives

The workshop will help participants build up the following capabilities

• Understand the reason for term loan and project finance
• Linking the term loan or project finance within the overall fund requirement
• Validation of projection
• Financial as well as non-financial evaluation of the proposal
• Innovation of stipulation of proper terms and condition to reduce the risk of the term loan
• Understand the evaluation aspect of foreign funding
• Understand the different structuring possible for foreign term loan funding
• Understand the process of mitigating risks of foreign currency term loan

This is excel based workshop; participants would be required to use their laptop during the workshop.
