• Deployed a specialized team of consultants with experience across sustainable lending, climate risk assessment, and energy sector (counterparty’s primary sector)
• CRISIL designed a framework to review and identify information gaps and source additional information.
• Created a detailed report on credibility focusing on strategy effectiveness, governance framework, management competence and track record, risk management, and quality of disclosures and metrics.
• Facilitate regular meetings with the counterparty and the client to discuss observations and follow-up.
• Conducted assessment (including report delivery) over 13 working days; enabled adequate time for our client and lenders to provide feedback and assess the need for additional inclusions.
