• Clients was looking to appoint professional fund managers, review its investment policy and monitor the performance of fund managers on an ongoing basis

• Established evaluation criteria for fund manager selection using quantitative as well as qualitative factors
• Shortlisted and identified suitable fund manager by managing the end-to-end bid management process
• Helped in drafting the Investment Management Agreement and setting up the investment monitoring cell
• Reviewed the existing investment policy, investment management agreement and gave recommendations on necessary changes including risk monitoring framework
• Monitored the fund managers performance using quantitative factors that measure performance and portfolio risk
